Galpao Gaucho of Napa is a Brazilian Steakhouse that offers 17 different cuts of meats grilled over an open fire and seasoned the traditional way of the Brazilian Cowboys, dating back to the 18th Century. This Gaucho culture style of dining is not new, but was introduced to America and has become a sensation to many delighted diners. The restaurant hosts a large food bar that includes salmon, a wide variety of cured meats and imported cheeses, along with everything else you could possibly want, and don’t forget the full salad bar which is fresh daily. With over 40 items offered, there is no shortage of food. Make sure to save room for dessert!
The quality meats that Galpao Gaucho offers include beef, chicken, lamb, pork, and fish. These choice meats are placed on long stainless steel skewers, seasoned the traditional Brazilian way, and grilled over an open fire of mesquite charcoal. The tenderness and flavor of these meats make them melt in your mouth. Of course, all that meat wouldn’t be the same without a fine glass of wine. Galpao Gaucho has a great selection of local and imported wines to compliment all that fantastic food.
